Key features of our highest quality vision
- we check the product at it’s every stage on production. If the product is rejected – comes back to the previous production nest
- suppliers representatives are invited to find the reason of the problems together with us
- we support the crew with scanners, photos and barcodes registered in our ERP system
- CCTV system give the chance to clear the doubts
Special part of our quality-oriented thinking is the GREEN DIRECTION. This may not be the most important and/or best feature, but we care about our development in this. However still not 100% succesfull, but we keep trying hard to find a perfect circle together with pur partners and product users. The ideal model could bring us all the used printouts as the raw material for new production. We talk and cooperate in this field with worldwide players. We are the part of the Carbon Footprint Reduction program with UPS. We collect the wasted inks responsibly with HP and Remondis, and we workout the giveback program to be a part of our offer. An eco-range alternative for the most popular media is offered already to closest partners through the internal selling platform.
Our goal is to become fully self-standing with the power supply, and produce less than 2% of the wasted substances during the production
The special part of the quality policy is the electricity/heat and water supply in our factory. There’s a 0,5 ha solar panel farm field prepared next to the production house, which we will use as our main power source. We also save the energy by re-using the warm air from most of the production unit. The water we use for production is in a closed circle, filtrated several times before it is released to the city pipes.
We are certified with ISO14001. This means that not only we meet all the law restrictions, but also we constantly improve our green resposibility with every 3 months audits. And these we do together with our suppliers, cooperators and outsource companies. But also we invite our clients to be more eco-friendly by giving them ECO alternative for every one offer.
