SHIPPING

We send the goods that you have ordered through UPS. It is our main transportation company. The freight cost depends of order size. The order can be sent by Standard or Express. You should be aware that only express has guaranteed delivery, in case of delay you can make a complaint only for express. Standard can be delay without any specific reason. Delivery takes 2-3 working days.

Standard UPS shipment inside Shengen Zone: 10 EUR
EXPRESS service: 25 EUR
Saturday&Sunday delivery: 60 EUR (t.b.a.u.)

RETURN POLICY

Withdrawal from a contract
You as customer have the right to withdrawal from the contract, even if it is distance contract.
You can withdrawal the contract by submitting the statement of withdrawal the contract e.g sending it to us on email: biuro@flagi.pl.
You can withdrawal the contract within 14 days.
Payments made by you, including the costs of delivery, will be returned to you immediately, but no later then within 14 days of receipt of the statement of widrawal from you.
We might withhold the payback to you until you return the items or provide the proof of sending it back, whichever occures firstt
